From NightFall to Prophecies - Guild Wars Forums

Well i made a new char at nightfall and i want to travel to prophecies but i cant get the quest from npc. I have all the 3 games and the EOTN too. Here is a screenshot to check my active quests :|

Gotta get the quest from Mehnlo, in Consulate docks, after following the story line.

You need to get to the Consulate docks through the storyline I think, so I'd continue with the Isle of the Dead primary quest if I were you.

I'd continue with Isle of the Dead and get all of your attribute quests done (if you havent already) and get to 20 too maybe, but you don't HAVE to.

You can always yell out "LF Ferry to Docks!" in spamadan, that will usually get you there quick, then once in docks "LF Ferry to LA!" and there you go.
